Florence, Wis. – iCanYoga2 studio’s Lynn Mueller yoga classes are scheduled through December, thanks to a partnership with the Florence County Aging and Disability Resource Center, iCanYoga2 and Florence County Public Health.

Classes are held at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College site in Aurora, Wisconsin on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with slow yoga from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and chair yoga from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Chair yoga classes are offered from 9:30 am to 10:30 am on Wednesdays at the Florence Natural Resources Center.

The cost is $5 per session to be paid at each class. Classes will not be held at either location on the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

The program is suitable for sedentary and active adults. Chair yoga is for people who feel they need extra support, but it’s not required. Classes are open to all adults.

Mueller, a graduate of Florence High School, is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and has had personal success attending and leading yoga classes.
