A few years ago, the consecutive deaths of Elena Keegan’s father and brother due to cardiac arrest prompted her to devote her life to well-being. Get eight hours of sleep.

“I go to bed at 10 pm and get up at 6 am,” Keegan says. “The sleep is enormous. It not only hydrates the brain, but it resets your attitude. “

“I drink tons of water,” Keegan says. “I drink alcohol from time to time, but I don’t abuse it. If I’m in a social situation I could have a spritzer with some LaCroix and some wine.
