11 Yoga with Kassandra Morning Flows for Easy AM Movement

While there are many great ways to start the day, morning yoga is definitely at the top of the list. It’s so good to jump on a mat (maybe still in your pajamas), do some stretch poses, work those sore muscles, and just have some time to yourself before you cross things off your to-do list. things to do.

The Yoga with Kassandra YouTube channel, created by a yoga instructor based in Ottawa, Canada Kassandra Reinhardt, is a one-stop-shop (virtual) that offers a variety of morning yoga flows. His videos have a strong Yoga vibe with Adriene in that they’re welcoming and accessible – much like the classes on Mishler’s channel – but they’re also unique to Reinhardt’s personal teaching style.

In his sessions intended for morning practice, Reinhardt encourages you to stay very attentive as you stretch, sometimes even suggesting that you choose a word to set as your intention for the day. She also has plenty of videos that focus on specific morning issues, like lack of energy or tight hips, as well as quick stretches to prepare your body for the day when you’re short on time.

Before you brew coffee, check your phone, or head to work, try going through one of these Yoga Morning Flows with Kassandra and appreciate the fact that you started the day on a high note.
